For the prevention and rehabilitation of hamstring injuries
Our technology is supported by quality research, indicating superior results compared to traditional non-dynamic bracing.
SAFEKNEE
In vitro research was conducted at the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Tel Aviv University. Our dynamic brace was compared to a traditional brace, with athletes performing a variety of movements, including popular functional tests.
Force sensors were applied to the brace, for measuring the stabilization forces that are delivered to the knee joint during movements.
As a seen in the graph, the dynamic brace resulted in a significant and rapid increase in the stabilization force.
SAFESTRING
Field research was conducted by the School of Human Movement and Sport Sciences at the Levinsky-Wingate academic college.
A group of athletes performed six tests, once wearing the novel dynamic SAFESTRING knee brace, and once without.
A significant improvement of about 30% was seen in their hamstring-muscle endurance when wearing the dynamic brace.
This finding indicates the potential benefit of the SAFESTRING in preventing hamstring injury, with minimal effect on the athletes’ performance.
